Surface Mounted Shelf is fabricated of alloy 18-8 stainless steel, type 304. Brackets are 16 gauge and shelf 18 gauge, with a 1/2" (13) lip on all four (4) sides. Front lip is hemmed under for safety. All exposed surfaces are No 4 satin finish and be protected during shipment with PVC film easily removable after installation. Structural assembly of shelf and bracket supports is welded construction. Shelf is sized and brackets located as per standard schedule or custom fabricated to customer supplied drawing. Scheduled shelves equal to or less than 8" (203) deep has standard 4" (102) high brackets and shelves in the depth range greater than 8" (203) to 12" (305) have 6" (152) high brackets. Consult factory for shelves deeper than 12" (305).
