Ceiling Support is fabricated of alloy 18-8 stainless steel type 304 and consists of a flat exposed mounting flange, tubing and sleeve. Support is 18" (4572mm) from mounting surface to center line of rod sleeve or as modification length specified below. Unit support tube is welded onto flat flange on one end and sleeve tubing on the other. Flat flange is 3" (76mm) dia. by 1/8"(3mm) thick and provided with three (3) countersunk holes to accept 1/4 -20 screws (supplied by others). Support tubing is fabricated of 1" (25mm) dia. No20 gauge and sleeve fabricated of heavy wall tubing to accommodate 1" (25.4mm) dia. shower rod. Sleeve is provided with stainless steel set screw for locking shower rod in place. Unit finish is No 4 satin finish and be protected during shipment with a PVC film easily removable after installation.
