Bobrick B709 Surface-mounted automatic hand dryer, Bobrick Model B-709. Surface-mounted hand dryer has a one- piece cast-aluminum cover pretreated with chromate before high-gloss, baked white enamel finish is applied. Nozzle shall adjust for hand and face drying. International graphic operating symbols is permanently fused into vitreous enamel cover. Cover has no exposed air inlet grille. Motor is 1/10 hp, 6200 rpm, with automatic thermal overload switch. Heating element is rated at 2300 watts, is located on inlet side of fan, shall heat air without hot spots, and be inaccessible to vandals. Electronic sensor shall automatically turn dryer on when hands or nozzle are held under the outlet and will shut off automatically when hands or nozzle are removed. Sensor shall shut off automatically after 90 seconds if an inanimate object is used to activate dryer and resets itself after inanimate object is removed. Unit is cULus Listed, and / or VDE approved, CE marked. Unit shall comply with EU Directive “Restriction of Hazardous Substance” (ROHS) requirements for non-use of certain hazardous substances in the production of electronic products. Unit is protected by a limited 5-year warranty on all parts except motor brushes. Motor brushes is warranted for a period of three years from date of purchase.
